This small original mixed media collage is part of a series exploring family and community. The hand illustrated seeds and hand painted.
The majority of the paper was harvested from a 1930’s edition of a pocket encyclopedia. The masses produced pocket volumes have been well loved and notated by at least one owner name Judy. The past owner, the paper, and the additional reclaimed photographs bring life of their former owners. The purpose is to celebrate the small, wonderful, complicated aspects of everyday life.
Each piece is mounted to a 5”x7” mat board using archival methods. Each piece is original and will not be replicated by the artist and copyright owner. Each piece is guaranteed to be a small one of a kind artwork.
The piece covered in an acid free cellophane bag with the artist’s information. The piece is signed in pencil by the artist. It can be framed as is or kept in the cellophane bag for easy display.
